(“Tidal Royalty” or the “Company”) announces that pursuant to the terms of the Company’s stock option plan, which was approved by shareholders at the Company’s annual general meeting held on September 5, 2017, it has granted in aggregate, 16,468,727 incentive stock options (the “Options”), to various directors, officers and consultants of the Company. The Options are exercisable at a price of $.0.33 per Common share for a term of five years expiring on June 22, 2023.
